How much does managed IT support cost?
We offer four plans: Smart Start at $125/hr on-demand, Smart Support at $100/month for 5 hours of support with Microsoft 365 management, Smart Complete at $250/month for unlimited managed IT including security, backups, and monitoring, and Smart Corporate at $100/user/month for businesses with more than 10 staff.
Do I need a long-term contract?
No. Smart Start is fully pay-as-you-go with no monthly commitment. Our monthly plans are month-to-month, with optional annual commitments that unlock rollover hours and better project rates.
What IT services do you provide?
Helpdesk and project support, cloud and endpoint backups, Microsoft 365 management, cybersecurity, network solutions, and flat-rate on-site support for small businesses.
How fast do you respond to support requests?
Fast response is core to how we work. Monthly plan clients get priority helpdesk response, and we keep you updated in plain language every step of the way.
Can you help migrate us to Microsoft 365?
Yes. We handle full migrations — including from Google Workspace — plus tenant setup, licensing, security policies, and ongoing administration of Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
