Damin brings 11 years in the IT industry, spanning the full lifecycle of technology — from computer retail sales and repair, to all-in-one IT support (staging, deployment, helpdesk and projects), through account management, sales management and marketing. He has supported everything from two-person shops to multi-site networks with 150+ employees, across the legal, accounting, municipal, and oil & gas / energy sectors. He also works to ITIL 4 service-management foundations for consistent, best-practice delivery.
